    The second trimester of pregnancy (Week 13 to Week 27) is often called the most comfortable stage of pregnancy, where many early pregnancy symptoms start improving and baby development continues.

    If you are currently in Week 12, hooray! You are almost entering the second trimester of pregnancy. I still remember how excited I felt when I reached this stage because, honestly, the first trimester was not easy for me.     Staying hydrated can help reduce fatigue and cramps. I personally find a pregnancy water bottle very helpful because it reminds me to drink water throughout the day and makes it easier to track my intake.

    Even though energy improves, rest is still very important.
